For nearly a decade, Ms. Dare served as President of the Santa Clarita Chapter, spanning the organization’s transition from the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) to the International Association of Women (IAW). She led sustained chapter growth and mentorship initiatives throughout this period.

Active Shooter Preparedness – Community Awareness
Following a school shooting, Ms. Dare led a community-wide Active Shooter Awareness and Preparedness initiative in Los Angeles. The event was deliberately postponed to respect the immediate aftermath, and later brought together residents and leaders for structured discussion on safety, response, and real-world preparedness.The panel included Saugus High School educator David Starling and firearms attorney Matt Cubeiro of Michel & Associates, P.C.
